Just got back from teh camping. Gads were the bugs at Tarryall bad this trip. Hopefully there is still hot water by the time the girls are done showering.

If I can get two more rides in this week, that will make ten consecutive weeks of riding a minimum of four days a week. My fitness is progressing quite nicely and some of my health issues have abated.

Bonus day off today and I used to do a 125 miles road ride. Perfect weather and brought my best road buddy along to show him the trail. Going up is the worst from NYC and more or less straight north its uphill almost all the way but you don't see it as its a rails to trials ride but rather have the easy ride home. Relaxing with a beer right now and sure I will sleep very good tonight.
