Front brake making vibrating/groaning noise?

I had to get a new M4 caliper, since I stripped the threads on the old one. Brian helped me bleed it, and it works great. But now when I slam on it or come to a stop, it'll start vibrating, even more than before. It makes a groaning noise and my entire front end sort of shudders. What's up with that? The only thing that I did differently with this setup is that we used one fat shim and the rest were small ones, as opposed to 11ty billion thin ones. I'm lost? :help:

I know it sounds stupid, but:

1) Are the caliper and adapter (if any) bolts tight?

2) Are your brake pads worn down to the backing?

If yes and no, maybe your brake tabs need facing.
