@commencaldh: In case you haven't figured it out, most of these clowns are just giving you shit instead of trying to help. Take the bike back to the shop and get them to help you diagnose the problem.
I would guess caliper alignment is your problem, if you haven't already exhausted that as the possibility.
If the brake wasn't rubbing before, with the same wheel, fork, and brake, something has changed that should now by made to work again.
There are two bolts holding the caliper on. Loosen slightly and you can slide the caliper around. If you apply the brake with the bolts loose, the caliper should self-center. Sometimes you need to adjust from this position a hair,
Next thing to look for, in my opinion, is a piston seal in the caliper. If one is bad, it may not be retracting fully after brake application, leading to rub.
And fer chrissake, I didn't even think to ask if the rotor was straight, because that's like a guy asking why his car won't start and telling him to check if it has an engine.
