Hey guys. So I am getting major chain rub on my front deraileur when I ride. Doesn't seem to matter which cog I am in. I stopped on the side of the trail the other day, flipped the bike and took a look. I noticed that it seems to rub at certain points. How can I check my chainrings for roundness?

Also, if they are out of round, can you guys give me some recommendations on good replacement chainrings for my Raceface cranks? I would like to get some Syncros but have yet to find them so I may just go with the Race Face Silver Race 5-arm set on pricepoint for $76.

1. make shoure the der is at the right height.
2. re-tune it and make shoure the cable is tight enough.
