Breakfast of champions. Fewer calories than a bagel and much more satisfying.

My mother in law pawned a box off on me..... they sat forever until after a ride and I was in eat or die mode. Damn tasty. And except for a lot of sodium pretty healthy. Lots of fiber. I told her and the next day I end up with another box of them PLUS a box of the roasted veggie ones. Those are good as well.

I was pleasantly surprised. I probably would not have tried one, but one day I was desperate for lunch and saw these in the freezer.

Yeah, the sodium content is a little high, but you're going to get that with any frozen food you buy. Besides, sodium is good for us bikers this time of year.
