I'm moving to the ft benning area in may/june timeframe and was curious if there were any worthwhile DH or freeride trails in the columbus atlanta or athens area.

I did a few searches but am limited with my phone.

Also ill be looking for a repudible cycling shop to get drunk and fall asleep on their doorstep.

Any ideas would be appreciated!!

There's a bike shop in Columbus called Ride on Bikes and the owner has a piece of land nearby that he made into a pretty nice freeride area.( You would have to sign a waiver at the shop.) Its been a a couple years since I've been there but I would think w/ all the work they put into it its still there. Multiple lines w/ jumps, drops, gaps and a wall ride.
