I committed to spending the day with my wife and she said I could take the road bike along and get in a workout while she rode her Dressage horse so that gave me an hour or so do ride. right near the barn there are some nice little hills to play on {Fallon road in Dublin} so I went and burned a bunch of laps doing hill repeats.
