I ordered the DIRT magazine "Fundamentals" DVD. Here is a quick review.

Insane.

A little more info you say ?

Well, it covers all areas of riding: DH, jumps, bike setup, suspension setup, maintenance, pro wrench tips.... Its a ton of information. Very well done.

Cheers. I guess.

I got the DVD off a link on DIRT mags website. Its a UK DH mag.

They produced it. Try 4130.com I think that is it.

I'm surprised to hear you didn't like it Kevin.

Watch it again. I had a bad initial impression. Then I sat and watched it w/o distraction and found there to be quite a bit of info in there.

If you don't want it someone should snatch it up. There are a couple of really good reviews for this DVD out there.

Ok after watching it the second time I must say I picked some things up I missed watching the first time. Its just that most things they are saying seem pretty obvious (to me at least) and some of the explanations seemed a little shallow like Minaar talking about the DH jumping. And whats with the bunny hop and manual and skids explanation? Thats kids stuff imo...
I was also hoping they would have gone a little more technical on the suspension setup in stead of Flooks talking about the old BoXXers and Judy's.
Its was nice to watch and I do recomend buying it for anyone who wants to be a better racer though.
