So I was on my way to a fire yesterday in my car (lights but no siren) when I looked in my rear view mirror and a cop was pulling me over I was very confused so I pulled over and when he came to my door this is seriously what he said.

Cop: so wheres the fire?

Me: ... ummm 12th and main

Cop: ...

Me: did you need something?

Cop: uh sorry I didnt hear it over the radio

Me: well ok see ya later.


I felt like I was in some British joke or something, apparently he was new.
