hey im going to blairsville for spring break. do any of u know of some good riding around there. looking for freeride, downhill, dirt jumps.

It's way up north by the border. It's just north of Blue Ridge. He's smack dab int he middle of XC country.

yup xc riding. thats about all there is to do in Blairsville unless you like to get drunk and fight. why the hell are you going there on spring break? also if im not mistaken you wont be far from ellijay which has some riding as well.

Yeap, I believe Blairsville is somewhere between Dawsonville and Ellijay. Lots of XC in the area, too much to list. a little research on the web should turn up a fair list of XCtrails. I would have to imagine that there are some Shuttlable rides up there, but I climb (poorly) what I descend ( more poorly).

When are you going to be in GA? There is some new stuff up at Bigfoot in Oak Ridge and the Windrock DH course will be open Easter weekend.

Bigfoot isn't just MtnX anymore. They have some jumps on the back side of the hill and are working on a trail that has a cool looking teeter and drop among other things.
