galbraith conditions?

Depends on where you ride. I haven't been to the top since before the snow (I went most of the way to the top a few weeks ago and it was still snowy, etc.), and I haven't been on the south side as much, but everything that I have been riding has been great. The rain now might change that a bit, but it still won't be that bad with all the recent work we've been doing (on the north side). Get out and enjoy it!
The wood on the upper trails is very slick, but other than that the conditions are good.
clear cut is kinda wet still and the trails that typically don't drain well... though there has been lots of work on drainage thanks to David and others!
