In the city I work for and a neighboring city...they are going to park their trucks by the dump "for unloading by supervisory personnel of the collection companies in order to avoid disruption of collection services."

I can just see the guys in their polo shirts and dockers doing the garbage dump! PAY THE F*CKERS, BITCHES!!!!

you used to many big words there so I'm not real sure what your saying. but if they decide to do this in my 'hood, I plan on seperating out all the garbage that could ID me (mail and whatnot) and then dumping my trash down the road next to some business.

I've thought about this before. always gotta have a plan.
