Garlic-Basil sausages...

One of our super markets makes their own, and these are really good.
I've been doing a sausgagey ratatouille type stew ( minus eggplant) but I am looking for other creative directions ideas? What does garlic basil sausage say to you?

Take a Pepsid AC.

I add powdered Cerano Pepper to mine. Makes it extra hot. Got about seventy ceranos dried and coffee milled them to a nice powder to shake on food.

Hey, also try melting mozzarella on that italian sausage, peppers and fried onions sand. MMmmmm!
