who all makes gear box bikes available to the public besides bmw and nicholi?

It's spelled Nicolai. I think Jericho, Evil, B1, Grossman, and Lahar are all I can think of right now but i'm not sure if they're all available to the public yet....D
Let's not count bikes with a Rohloff rear hub, because you can put a Rohloff on just about any frame.
