What kind of stuff do you guys do to make your DHing better?
Ive been doing some upper body stuff and chest stuff. Im not to concerned on legs though. What are some good muscle groups to work on, i dont really know allot about muscles, ive just been doing 20 claping pushups, 10 pull ups and 30 crunches every day.
