hi guys,

looking for some advice on tstationary trainer and the bike on it...

so i recently decided to get a second hand stationary trainer and want to put a bike on it to get back in shape... problem is, i think the bike is small for me and its not a road bike. does it matter? also what should i take note of?? im doin this more for MTB endurance and stamina. its the best option i have now. also do i need to worry about the geo of the bike? like if the bars are too low? stem too short? etc. appreciate any advise.

Agreed, what you say is true. but its more that i can get some spin time during the days i cant go out and ride. i work shifts and the only time i can squeeze time to hit the trails is on my off-day once a week.

whatever is comfortable for you. I do train at home too a few time a week. I ride. 3 or 4 times a month.

Greetings and want to chime in. Newbie and I did the same thing and got a stationary for my old school 2003 Gary Fisher Tassajara. It's been a off and on for about 3 weeks and must say I'm motivated to go live so to speak.
