I have a dilema. short story long, I was riding the same trail I always ride, hitting the same jump I always hit, transfering over to the right like every other time, only this time there was tons of dry loose dirt with no traction. I bite the dust and get up to find my 04' Boxxer races tweaked. Finish the ride, get home, and find out the arch of the lowers is twisted. I pulled the lowers along with both legs out of both top clamps and prop them up on a flat surface where if straight all four corners would touch ( both axle mounts and both top caps ), but one top cap sits about 1/2" to 1" off. I need to fix this. I highly doubt this is covered by warranty, even though they were new a week and a half ago. Has any one been through this, what would the lowers alone cost?

Bend em back. I know of at least 3 other people who have done this to their boxxers (haha, one of those guys did it twice) and simply bent them back. I can't imagine it's good for the arch, but I haven't seen any ill effects.
Well maybe since you only got the fork a week ago, maybe Rockshox or your shop will help you out. They probably won't give the lowers for free but at least feel bad for you and reduce the price???
I had a race, first time on it, tweeked the lowers three mm's off at the dropouts. Rockshox is **** with warranty, I am just uising them bent. But then I blew the compresion and rebuil;d and had it sent in to them, I was atleast expecting warrantee fopr this. They told me they fixed it and I figured it was warranty. I call the shop and without any warning they told 145 bucks for the rebuild.buy another fork before you dump****loads of money into the rock shox. Some people will disagrre with me but this is just my opinion.
