At least I'll know wether or not I need surgery to make my shoulder stop hurting. I hope everything is all good in there, but I cant see how everything would be fine and still hurt like this. Not feeling too optimistic as you can see

Well....actually, you probably do want them to find somehing wrong. I have a couple of people very close to me who deal with chronic pain. They all have had all manner of tests and scans and MRI's and they can't find anything wrong...and therefore there is nothing to fix. But it still hurts all the time.
So at least if they find something, that means they can can fix it, and presumably you will get better.
