I have finally finished the craziest custom work on my bike. I've removed all the bushings, replaced them with needle bearings, removed the soft/cheap hardware and replace everything with stainless steel.
Anyone care to know how I did it?
Oh, and so far it has cost me $300CAN. Go figure that $200CAN was for two bolts from Giant - I don't like those guys no more.
