i havent had "my own" full sus for a couple seasons now, but im doing a roadtrip in august and needed to get one again. i ordered a 2010 reign sx because it seems great and i got it on closeout from giant so obviously the price couldnt be beat. But after ordering i havent been able to find ANY half decent reviews of the bike online. im just looking to get some real world input from people about the bike and if there are anything i should lookout for. I will be pedaling the bike a bit, but mostly lift access stuff im a guy that likes to jump and come from a bmx race background origionally and then street 26 over the last 6 years. is this going to be the bike for me?

Luc may chime in soon. He has a pimped out 2009 or 2010 Reign and loves it. As for the SX, I haven't seen many people on them. I will say though you didn't go wrong by getting it. My 09 Trance X was a super fun bike and I put it through some ruff riding. The SX will be stronger and have more travel.

I see lots of those on the Shore and all over Whistler. You will be fine. You have a really great "do it all" bike there. The Reign will take a lot of abuse and is a highly capable bike in most situations.

Go check out the Giant forum on MTBR. Everyone seems to love the bike but the lower links have been breaking pretty frequently.
