Talk show host Glenn Beck has failed in his attempt to take over a parody domain name suggesting that he may have raped and murdered a young girl in 1990—but after the loss, the domain name owner hands it over anyway.

I love the picture of him making quotation gestures. I am imagining him saying "butt sex" while he does it.






Even better, after winning the case, the owner of the website gave the domain name to Beck anyways!

After winning the WIPO dispute, Eiland-Hall decided to poke the beehive one last time. He issued a public letter (PDF) to Glenn Beck which opens by noting that "I have prevailed in the WIPO action that you filed against me. I write now to voluntarily relinquish the disputed domain to you, even though you did not win the case."
