I have a friend in the Phoenix area who's looking for a good shop. She's not a hardcore biker but is looking to buy a new bike for basic city rides. I think I light mtn. bike or cross bike would be good, not a road bike for sure.

I'd just like to send her to a shop that has good customer service.
