I think that when you recieve good customer service you should point it out and spread the word. I think that Cygolite has unusually good customer service. I really appreciate that when I call them they are very polite and proffesional on the phone. Unlike most bicycle specific companies I was never refered to as "dude". That and they don't rape you on small or spare parts for their lighting systems. Plus on top of the good customer service thay make an excellent product. Props to Cygolite for doing exactly as they stated.
