Sorry I wasn't here yesterday, I didn't even come into the office because I was out field measuring and going to meetings.

What's everybody got on tap for the weekend? I'll probably be preping the apt. for my 10 cousin's who are coming up for Thanksgiving and staying at my apt. Should be fun!! :)

Hello kids. I put some bags of leaves out last night for the town's fall collection, but I couldn't help but notice not a single other house on the street had bags out this morning. :think: Hope I didn't miss it.

Anyway, riding with Splat and Knuckle tomorrow. Hopefully riding with Wifey on Sunday.

im going to have a "manager discussion" with one of my employees for having a piss poor attitude. oh and for pissing me off with all his damn questions. Then i will sit in the back room and read this site for a good half hour.

This weekend tho i have to work saturday and sunday is up in the air. I could go ride vail bc they open today but im not sure depends on how much snow they get or i may go to boulder and hit dirt jumps and such.

Going to see yellowcard sunday nite, great band, and your all like "their bumble gum punk rock" yeah yeah yeah been listening to them for years

Hope you guys get to have a fun one

Happy Friday Stosh and fellow Monkeys.

Had a good night last night. Should be a good day at work. Should be a good weekend with a combination of time spent with Laura and time spent with my sons. Hopefully it will also include time spent with a bike as well. :)

Picked the kiddos up from school in the bike trailer yesterday and when I got home forgot to close the gate.
The dogs got out and are still on the run. Hopefully somebody reports them to the dog catcher because they are too stupid to find their way home.

New DH Bike? Any hints or do we have to wait for pics? My first guess is that it might be a Canadian bike am I hot or cold?

spent last night finishing up the DHG super-deluxe cd set (after many coasters and bad burns...damn...), and it should be ready to mail today out to lucky recipients.

am going to visit a friend and his family this weekend, whose wife was stricken by bacterial meningitits about a week ago. i had no idea that was as nasty as it is; she almost died, but recovery is looking very good now. scary stuff.

It ain't the students that scare me.

We end up at the same place each year. Not sure of the name but it's all wood and dark. (I know that narrows it down for ya).
They serve beer in jars.
Usually by that time I convince myself that I really AM a good dancer.

Wood, dark, and beer in jars? That could be The Phyrst or The Brewery.

The locals are cool, it's the people from the neighboring "suburb" towns you really have to worry about. You can tell which ones they are by all the camo clothing and rusted-out pickups.

I have known of Yellowcard for a few years but I thought then as I do now that they are poppish-punk. I do think they have something that most bands of their genre don't, a good sound and more substance. I wouldn't buy their stuff but I do classify them as way "better" than any good charlotte crap will ever be. My ex-girlfriend and I saw them open for No Use a few years ago and she was really impressed and bought the CD and burned me a copy, she later burned me a copy of their newer one, I have listened to both and most of thew songs are good IMO. Although if that violin player does one more backflip, I'm gunna kick him square in the nutz.

Listen to whatever floats your boat...

Last night was girl's night out....I think a little too much to drink and a late night should provide for an interesting work day. :p

This weekend I'll be taking pics of the first DH race of the "winter" series ....since I don't think racing with a cast is such a wise decision....:D
