Got a ton of stuff to do this weekend. Should be putting in some sweet OT as well.
It's supposed to rain most of the weekend so we'll be packing up our stuff for the big move.

got a bunch of deadfall cut last night on the trails we have been building (notice I said "deadfall") the rain was pounding the whole time!!!

it looks like rain for most of the weekend so I may do some trail work or just spend some time with Emma

Speaking of moving, that's what I've got to help a friend do this weekend. Not looking forward to it. This is the type of friend who will have done absolutely NOTHING towards having anything packed and ready to go when I get there with the moving truck.

Didn't do a whole lot yesterday after work....it had rained pretty hard here in town in the afternoon, so I went to get my oil changed, stopped by the grocery store and headed to the house. Turns out, it didn't rain hardly at all out there, so I ended up mowing the yard and getting some weeds out of the flower areas. Cooked up some Kielbasa and sauerkraut and had a few 7&7's out by the grill whilst doing so. Nice evening.

I'll probably start a thread and update it as the construction progresses. It's just an empty lot now, we got to pick and choose what he's going to build on the lot, now he'll build it and we'll close on the whole deal in December.

Morning all. I am getting out of work at high noon to drop off some trail tools and then off to food shop until I drop for the weekend DH race at Plattekill. Once again I skip Nat'l Trails Day to throw myself down the mountain, most likely in the mud. Luckily my fine wife is buying me one of the cheap clear rain jackets this afternoon that I won't feel bad ripping, as I hang precariously off some shale filled drop at practice tomorrow!

I also promised a friend I'd work on his bike tonight as this Sunday is his 1st race. I'm a little scared as all the pivots are loose as hell and he hasn't a lot of maintainence (if ever) on his Demo 9...I could be opening a can of worms...

Race weekend weather looks like constant rain all day for Saturday's practice and a mix for the race on Sunday. Hopefully it will tack up annd all my wet weather riding will pay off.

Sunday night will consist of stopping by at our local brew pub on the way home for a sampling or 2 of one of the finest Wit (wheat) beers I have ever quaffed.

We lost our playoff game last night 4-3. Sucked, since we had to use a goalie from another team and he showed up half in the bag already.

Didn't do much last night except play a little 1 on 1 basketball with a friend. All was going well until my big toe on my right foot felt like it had a gel pad under it. Took off my shoe and found that I had ripped through the insole and the gel like feeling was because of a nice big blister that had formed. Awesome.

Not doing much this weekend, helping out a kid from my Boyscout troop with his Eagle Scout ceremony, getting in a ride, and hopefully sneaking out for a little golf at some point.

Oh yea, and the f'in bike shop better have my frame done today. 3 weeks to ream/face/press in the headset is ridiculous and I am a little upset that it has taken this long considering the magnitude of the repair.

morning everyone, today is a good day...since AE is a killer company we have half day fridays all summer, so i am doing some video conferenceing for most of the morning, heading to the shop to order my new bottlerocket frame, then playing with my new huge monitor for the rest of the day!
