Mornin.
Got up early and hit the trails for a sunrise ride. My body protested, but it was good to be out. Gotta get my legs right so I can ride at lunch today, too.

Dragging really bad. Friend had his birthday party last night and his request was to go to a strip club. Not one to say no on his big day I said sure. First time in one of those establishments and it was rather interesting to say the least. Ended up in bed at 2 and up at quarter of 6. Needless to say today will be killer.

Good morning. Getting old sucks. Yesterday I worked out, played beach volleyball, played some softball and went for a quick MTB ride, and today I feel like I got hit by a truck. 
MBC and I are planning to head to Vermont this weekend for two days of riding, but the weather forecast is really trying to squash out those plans.

It's Friday...the end of the week...I'm not wearing any underwear and STILL have not mowed my lawn (which is now a jungle). We are the trailer trash of the neighborhood.

Morning. Had a decent night last night. It was "employee appreciation day" at the 6-Flags up the road from us and a friend of mine who is a sales mgr. for them invited us over. Free rides, games, food, drink, ice cream from 6:30-8:30. The kids had a great time and I think I got my fill of rollercoaster riding for the year.

Morning - went out to watch my son practice for his All Star team last night. Damn that's a good bunch of 9 and 10 year old baseball players on that team.
Then we went to Shady Glen for some fries, burgers, hot dogs and of course, milkshakes!!
I gotta find some glove repair lacing or something today since Liam's catchers glove busted in the webbing area last night. I could see a fastball just going right through the glove and into his mask if we don't get it fixed.
Although his game on Saturday will most likely be rained out.

This weekend there is a pro crit downtown in Roch, and the weather's supposed to be great, so I'm gonna take my play bike down there and spectate. Sunday is supposed to be nice too, so hopefully I'll get a nice ride in.

Yeah I'm looking forward to the crit tommorow. Last year one of the guys who pulled off came right where I was standing. I talked to him a little...although he didn't speak much english. I was mainly just drooling over his colnago though.
