tough week and especially tough morning. I'm off to a meeting to work out arrangements with my ex regarding our kids. But some good news...I move into my new place on Sunday.

I have a tiny house, but you'd be amazed at how much wire is needed to "hide" everything.
Nothing too much of interest going on with me today. The wife and I are meeting with the bank today to see what we're pre-approved for on a home loan. I've been working super-hard to increase my credit rating the last two years, and it's starting to really show. I'm now mid-700's and should be in the clear for a good rate. Wish us luck!!

I personally am sick of the jokes about my house... it's the one thing I am really excited about, and it's starting to piss me off. How many of you morons had a custom-built house at 24?
Anyway, on a better note... looks like it's going to be a good day at work, and I get to pick out my countertops, carpet, and flooring tonight! Then it's off for a little shopping and home for the weekend. 80 and sunny... woohoo! Enjoy everyone!

Very cool, is your house "custom" though? I always considered a "custom" house a house you sat down with an architect and designed. A "Semi custom" custom home is a glorified tract house in which you can pick the elevation, siding, roofing material, and a tract house which the builder just builds to his specs, however you still get to pick out the flooring, counter tops, cabinets, fixtures, wiring (stereo, cat, cable) etc.'morning all. Oh... sorry... it's not uber-custom... only "semi"... We chose a Donald Gardner floorplan we liked, and made our own modifications. We get to choose all of the above stuff you mentioned.
P.S. Is there really a need to be so nit-picky? BV- I vote we no longer bring up the house on RM. Geesh.

Played in a golf tournament yesterday - first time out in over a year. I hit some good ones (see my other thread) and some not so good ones. Had a good time.

Yo. Bad Religion and Dropkick Murphys concert last night.
..awesome show...uber tired today. We didnt actually have floor tickets so we had to fab up some wrist bands out of constuction paper to get onto the floor.
