Good news doctor says the back is fine enough to return to riding. Bad new is he confirmed what i feared. I have to get rid of the Cowan frame. For the simple reason.That if i even get to the riding style i want to be at. The jarring and shock from impact of a hardtail is going to mess with my back some more. While this does suck. I am still going riding tomorrow.

I saw a guy with a Giant Reign out on the trails. That bike-according to him can climb like a monkey, plus its got 6 inches of travel. It weighs about 30 pounds. Mountain Bike Action just did a review of the Reign and they rated it number one against four other bikes.

I sm thinking i am going to try and find a Heckler frame and i do have a line on a Norco fuse frame for a decent price. I will have to see what is out there. I am Building a Stinky D so i kind of want something that i can use all around.
