Couldn't get out of bed this morning.
Nothing to report. Suppose to be 75, but tomorrow more f'ing rain.
I might try to ride but I doubt I can get down the trail and back before it gets dark, and I don't have lights.

Um.. Let's see.. Mushroom was taken in North Carolina. Butterfly & Hibiscus (spelling?) in Mass. Yellow flower in Florida, bee was just down the road.
Oh wait I do have something. Talk about soap opras. One of the guys in our little group of friends (We've all known each other growing up and have stayed friends) has really screwed up HUGE! He one one of the last to get married. He kind of seemed like he would marry the first girl to say yes. We tried to tell him to take his time, he doesn't have to be married. Well, he asked this girl he knew 6 months. She said yes. He broke it off a week before the wedding. A year or two later he gets married to a girl who has been married and has a child. He was cool with that and treated the boy like his own, which is great. Well they separated for like 4 months after 2 years. Then they decided to buy a new house, and get back together. Stupid if you ask me because he really didn't want to. I little back ground on the up coming year. They moved in, his dad got real sick. His dad moved in, his little brother got into jail trouble. So probation as long as his older brother kept him under control, so the brother moved in. The wife is still cool about all this. Dad dies. Brother gets in more trouble. Stupid teen. Then our friend and his wife decide to have a baby. Six months after the baby is born, our friend lost his mind. He met a girl at work, and he claims they just clicked. He separates from his wife again while she has his six month old baby. We worked him over. Dogged on him day after day for that. Yesterday I found out that the girl was married too. Now she's getting a divorce, and has a child too. To top it off he said she's been stand off-ish lately, and thinks she's not interested anymore. Then he says, which I should have guessed being a pornstar. I was like WTF!!!! You left you wife with a baby, for some dirty pornstar!!!! I could stop laughing. Isn't that just screwed up. Now she's dumped him, his wife is going to work him over in court I'm sure. Plus he got layed off this week. He's so F'ed.
It's nice. I like it. I've slacked off a little. I've got half the built in bench to finish and a planter box the wife wants, and I've done. Rain has been limiting my progress. As far as the decking it's done. Arbor and lighting complete. Hot tub is in and running. Just the little things still to go.stosh said:

While I'm not huge on "decorating" I do take a certain pride in making a room "work" by making sure the furniture/design of the room is pleasing. My foundation crew should be starting on a house slab today (finally). Looks like I'll have to cover it Wed afternoon though to keep the #$$(@&'ing rain from callopsing the beams. I have my post-tension cable contractor set up to install cables on Fri and my framing crew on stand-by to put in the floating forms for the patio/garage and install the brick shelf.
Maybe... just maybe... I can pour the slab Mon or Tues of next week...

are you a contractor. my dad's a contractor but he does comercial/industrial contracting not residential.
