Preferably on a consumer level...I'm currently dealing with a Paypal clusterfvck that has effectively drained my bank account and put my checking account at -$700 until Friday and they are absolutely NO HELP. It doesn't seem to matter that I've given them hundreds of dollars in usage fees over the years, I'm SOL when something goes wrong... There's a reason I always use my Amex for Paypal transactions...hooray chargebacks!

Just venting. :(

as soon as I get money on my PP account I immediately transfer it out...saves a ton of headaches..D
I'm exactly the same way. Don't want those assholes having any control over my money whatsoever. I had a Paypal debit card once, but got rid of it over concerns about the way they do business. I'd rather just wait the couple days for the cash to show up in my account.
