going to be styling when we visit GFF whilst fishing, hiking and Kayaking our way around oregon

Vision 19.5 rims each rated at 4500 pounds of load, Toyo M143 tires 245/70R195 load range H rated at 4800 pounds each, Set me back close to 3 grand but it gives me a 1500 pound safety margin vs the 200 of my old tires and rims at the rear axle where 90% of the campers load rests. An added plus is that there is no longer any side to side sway while cornering

How's your axle weight rating? I still maintain you should be rocking a dualie.

Sterling 10.5 axle is rated at 9750 pounds

now if your are referring to the door sticker GAWR, Fords literature states that it is based on the lowest rated component of the axle system which in this case were the OEM rims and tires

Dually would be much more stable either way. My brothers drw f350 is much more pleasurable to drive loaded heavy than his old srw f350.
Especially in the mtns and wind.

E: like the new setup Eric. Much stiffer ride unloaded?

Dunno, had the camper on when they put the wheels on and I only have the 20 mile first drive on it.

Major loaded improvement. Between the new anti-sway bars and the wheels there is no lean or wallowing on bumps and corners

I will find out how it rides mostly unloaded in a few weeks when I offload the camper and hook up the horse trailer to go up to Sacramento and pick up a horse.
