I would love to get an email from our IT department about our voicemail...hell our PHONES in general...we have installed a translater so anyone calling with an insanely thick accent will be understandable...also, we have installed an 'uuummmm' filter which will remove any and all ummmmmms you experience during any phone call. It will also shock the person every time they say UMMMM...god I would LOVE that...

I've had to inform IT when he network is down (I'm in Marketing - Web stuff tho) and also they've called me to confirm that email is working. I work in an organisation of 550 people with a 40 strong IT dept.
