Being able to read Japanese, one wonder how these translations ever came to mind.
Basically it says you have to tell the staff both before and after you use the toilet. So not only is the message translated poorly it's retarded to start with. This is what I deal with on a daily basis. Stupid f*cking rules about every f*cking thing.
