You want some good sausages Splat, check out Pekarski's in South Deerfield. That's some good eats right there. They make them all on site, little family run business.

There is a sausage grill called Rosamunde next to the Toronado beer hall in SF. They are all "gourmet" with organic meat and no nitrates or preservatives. One of the best meals in the city is a Rosamunde sausage washed down with one of the T's offerings. MMMM.

My favorites are the "Beer Sausage" (spicy beef and pork), mergez (spicy lamb), and andouille, with grilled onions and homemade spicy ketchup. They also do killer brats, chicken/apple, etc. Oh man I'm hungry now.

We have Uli's Famous Sausage here and it is some of the best I have ever had. Their Andouille is rocket hot and has tons of flavor.
