Was out there today doing trail work with WTA. KC park guy told me they found a pirate trail and tool stash. They were going to take the tools but left a note instead.
A few questions.
Given all the recent lagit trail construction in the park why would someone waste thier time build a pirate trail? Did they think it wouldn't get found? The trail was very close to the new trail up from exit 20. Before deciding on a line the parks guys thrash around scoping the terrain.

Gotta admit though. Pirate trails are usually a lot more fun than WTA trails.
