Stosh is really beginning to suck with the GMT's. Time to assign the responsibility to someone else.

Got another hockey game tonight, then I've got a 730 flight to San Fran tomorrow morning so I won't be online for a week. People better not get too excited though...MBC has my RM password and she's about 50 times less tolerant than I am. :D

The main purpose is business, but I'm sure I'll have lots of fun. No riding though. For the one free day I have, lugging all my bike stuff out there is just not worth the effort.

morning!! Been at a conference the last 3 days. Damn hurricane is supposed to keep the coast wet all weekend, so I doubt I'll be riding. Been busy with the conference and night classes so I haven't been able to fix the bugs on my SS yet. Maybe I'll do that this weekend. Also thinking about having a pot luck beer batter fry party.

    Mornin'!

My weekend looks like it will be a serious rainout. But as long as the wind isn't gusting rediculously hard I should get in quite a muddy ride tomorrow! Other than the possible ride my time will be spent grading papers tomorrow so I can kick back and watch some football on sunday! (Go Pats)

Morning. Nothing exciting going on here. I've got to work all weekend. Yuck. :( I'm hoping to ride on Monday so at least I have that to look forward to. Also hoping to pick up my new frame on Monday if not sooner. We shall see....

Hahaha! Well the conference itself is pretty boring (payroll software), but the fact that it is in Vegas makes up for it. MBC is tagging along to that one. :) Neither of us have been to Vegas before.

Hey peeps - Since I still can't race cyclocross, I helped out the Webcyclery guys by "taking score" at the race. For the sake of the damn lap counters, please people, spread out and don't ride in groups :)

This weekend we're planning on an AWESOME ride in Oakridge and I will have pictures.

maybe it's just me, but don't get yr hopes up too much. i couldn't wait to drive out of vegas (then again, we were heading to some great riding in brian head, UT).

i hear bootleg canyon has some great riding, if you are looking for some 2 wheeled action.

I'm just looking forward to see what all the excitement is about. I don't gamble, so I can't imagine the casinos holding my attention for more than an hour. MBC plans on sitting by a pool all week.

I've been riding my new Racer-X 29"er every single day since I bought it two weeks ago. :thumb: :D

Every evening after work I ride a 10 mile loop single track loop. Usually this takes me 50 min's or so. :dancing:

Last night I was feeling really good and hammered it out in 43 min. I dropped a guy who was riding with me on his kiddie wheeled (26") bike by several minutes.

I love the big wheels! The rear wheel sticks to the ground on leg burning climbs, it corners like a bat out of hell, and the bike goes exactly where you want it to... point and shoot.

Grrr, just got a 73 on a statics test. 25/30 on the first problem, 40/40 on two, and 8/30 on three. Dammit. Now I must go home to watch a girls field hockey game, then spend all weekend doing history and statics. Dammit again. Oh well, maybe I will ride saturday.

Howdy hooples...at noon I'm headed to my Employee Association Golf Tournament...where I will serve beer! :D the festivities will carry on into the evening, and tomorrow I'm wakeboarding! I brought my boombox since I'll be manning the beer booth at the first hole alone...I thought of bringing an air horn ala Jackass the Movie, but thought better of it...

Afternoon all! Rain has officially started so probably not riding tonight :( We'll see if the guys wuss out on me or not. Had Trail maintenance and a BBQ/ride with some Skidmore prospective members scheduled for tomorrow as well, but that too may be postponed. If they are, then it's more work on the nursery and some R&R I guess (after I spin on the rollers for a while). I just got the OK to purchase a new ride too so I will be taking care of those logistics tonight as well....but I won't tell what it is so don't even ask. I want to surprise everyone once I have it all built up

Douglas - stop riding so damn hard and you won't break things ;)
