I've been trying to do a lot of neighborhood errands with my bike and retired kid trailer. I picked up my vacuum cleaner yesterday from the repair shop and tossed it in the trailer and rode home.

Next step is some kind of sign/bumper sticker for the trailer. I sure get a lot of "looks" from people that think I have kids in there when riding in traffic.

Burn Calories, Not Gas
Exercise, not Emissions.

around here a lot of bums have trailers behind their bikes (some are very interesting), you could put a sticker that says "Vietnam vet and I'm homeless, anything helps. God Bless". You might be able to make some money while you're riding

I thought about that. My vac is a nice canister that fit right into the trailer. An upright would have been much better for effect.
