i cant space my goddam system 12's to my shiver, and when i brake reall hard, the cliper rubs on the spokes, and my thru axle is REALLY tight. any one know whats going on with my brake? i had to space it 'over' to reach the caliper, does any one else have this problem with the system 12 mounted on a inverted 20mm thru axle fork????? and if i were to buy a new front brake, what WOULD fit besides hayes or hope? magura, gatorbrake?

This really isn't a Shiver issue so much as a Grimeca issue, they're kinda shady. I had this exact problem putting Sys. 12's on a buddy's bike with a Z.1.

You'll have to dish the wheel off-center slightly to the drive-side to pull the spokes away from the caliper a bit. Also tighten up your spokes; if they're looser, they'll pull to the brake side under braking.

Option #2 is to space out the disc from the hub a mm or two, and take out spacers from the fork mount to account for that. I hate spacing out rotors though.

As for the rotor bolt, take a dremel tool with a cutting wheel in it, and cut a slot in the head for a big screwdriver. Otherwise, cut the head off, take off the rotor, and remove the stub with a Vise-Grip.

The problem you are having with the caliper is not just from the shady nature of Grimeca. I had the exact same problem with what one would think is a reasonable combination: Mavic Crossroc front wheel and a Hope Enduro brake. It took me forever to find out what the clicking noise was but I had to do a few things to get it to stop completely: tighten the wheel, dish it over to one side a bit and sand down the edge of the caliper. With a combination of those, you should be fine as long as it's not really really bad.
