Yep - it's black pudding. That stuff does look like salami in the pic. The stuff that came was genuine. Second ingredient: beef blood.

I cooked it up Sunday morning! Cooked all the black pudding & bangers and one package of the bacon. Added a bunch of whole 'shrooms, a couple tomatoes, and fried up a bunch of eggs.

Oh, and some toast.
