How easy is it to convert a Hadley rear hub from 15mm to 12 mm thru axle. Can one simply change the end caps on the hub or is there more to it than that.

I have tried unsuccessfully to get a response from Hadley, they never answer any emails ? Perhaps I could phone them ? Does anyone have a phone number for them?

you change the end caps and the axle carrier. About $8 kit.

One of the bike distributors has the stuff. I can't remember which one, maybe both.. Quality and BTI ????
