Hadley Monkeys!

Just finished changing my rear hub bearings to ceramic. Put everything back together and it fells crazy smooth.
My problem: When I put the wheel back on and just snug the axle the wheel is solid, when I tighten the axle down the hub develops a slight looseness(wiggle). I know it has to be preload problem but am I using to much preload or not enough. Im stumped.

Thanks.

Hadley bearing pre-load is set by the pin-spanner rings that thread into the hub shell (not the axle caps).

This makes pre-load easily adjustable with the hub on the bike. Make sure the axle caps are tight, bolt up the wheel, and adjust the pre-load rings with a pin spanner right on the bike.
