Saw a chiropractor for the first time in my life yesterday. Basically almost everything between the base of my skull and my sacrum is a train wreck. I never heard my back and neck crack like that before, sounded like he was shuffling a deck of cards. Almost immediately felt an improvement.

Funny how even after finding out you are safe, the impending doom of layoffs persists for a while. It was like being at a wake in the office after our recent round.

At the head office today. Someone demolished the toilet in the bathroom near this office, thanks, so I'm shitting in the lobby toilet.

Did speak to the new manager yesterday during our new one on one meeting and told him that he needs to move the in person meetings on Wednesdays to another day (as it's bike night, duh). He surprisingly said he would.

Anyways it's ride night. Might be wet. Might have roadside hotdogs.

everyone left has PTSD from 2023. we were told there was only going to be 1 round of layoffs. then there was a surprise second round. since that second round almost half the people that survived have quit.
