Which means just showing up and participating pays off...
I have 2 -3rd and a 4th place finish but the other dudes in my class are making less races than I am... since I've made 3 of 5 races so far and have 5 more left.
Actually though, I have been having a blast pretending that I can actually compete! Racing has given me extra motivation to get out and ride on days when I might be inclined to blow it off or don't feel good.
It's been fun to meet all the other peeps who also like to race and have fun too!
