We took a day trip to Mammoth, and we feel that Alaina was telling us to find a place for us now that she's grown up. Too many differences since our last visit (stores/restaurants we visited now closed/changed). Sure, it's progress, yet it just didn't have that feel from before. Granted, she did show wife a good sign (turn lights off in bathroom twice at deli we visited), so that was cool. And she did show us a family of deer (2 adults/4 youngn's which we felt represented our family). So though it wasn't a total bummer, it's time to move on. After all, she may be off to college or traveling or such.
I'll still ride the Kamikaze Bike Games, and I'll still rock the 814 plate. From there, only time will tell......
