Yeah, its not a common name by any means, but we love it.
Funny story: Growing up, my wife never knew the real name of her grandmother on her mother's side. She was simply Me-Maw. We were looking through baby name books and just couldn't come up with something we liked, until one of us came across Evelyn. Instantly, we knew that was the name. A few days later, Steph was talking to her mom and told her that we'd picked the name Evelyn. Her mom started bawling and said that that was her mother's name...
I feel kinda bad because there is no other female name in either of our families that we like enough to name our 2nd daughter after. Her name will be Chloe, which we love, but she won't have a cool story attached to her name.
