what does a normal kid do for their 21st bday? they go out drinking.
well this one got up at 6 to eat and be at a friends house by 8 to go and train. got to my friends house and he's like "alright this is todays ride......20 miles to the first pee break on this group ride.....do the group ride then ride the same route home......" sounded fine. was a good hard 3 3/4 hour ride. we ended up with a 20mph avg at the end of the ride.
completely pigged out today eating practically anything i got my hands on.
and don't worry i'm not doing to bad down here. things are well.
