Ha... this place is one block from my job. The difference in gas $ alone would help pay for the place.

The house has been on the market for a while too.

I say go for it......its the slow home buying time of the year
& if they already have another place, its costing them serious $ to heat/pay the mortgage there...

Good mornin all. I did the TNUA ride here in roch last night and it was my first time on a bike in a month, and I didn't die so that was good. I certainly didn't feel like I put out my best showing, but there is always next time.

Tuesday night urban assault. Its not nearly as fierce as the name implies, its just a pack of like 30 riders riding all around rochester at night doing hill repeats and stuff. Pretty fun though, and it was cool because cars will stop for a group that size so it made riding road way more enjoyable for me at least.
