Good morning all!

It actually was nice out yesterday, but I didnt get to ride being I have volleyball on Tuedays

T-storms predicted for later today = :mumble: (I hope the Dalton race wouldn't be cancelled tonight!)

so whats new?

ummmmmmmmmm i guess i have begun packing to go back to school :mumble:, this is something i really do not feel like doing. Right now my only motivation is the freshman :sneaky:. The upside of the situation is that my days of sitting in a cube for my internship have almost run out (might mean a few lest posts per day on the :monkey: Most likely going for a ride tonight assuming it doesnt rain on me either.

Morning - went out and did a little jumping with Wassobe last night - just a short little jump session (if you can call it a session for me) but it was fun and good for my soul.

Ate some dinner, had some ice cream, surfed the monkey a bit, then decided to mount a tire on my Cheeta's front wheel before going to bed. Damn DH tires are a bitch to mount to Sun Singletracks - never got the tire mounted and broke two tire levers in the process. :(

Not sure what today holds in store for me actually. My stomach feels kinda crappy this a.m. :(

Doug - I hope your race doesn't get cancelled too.

Your telling me, i had to change a flat on a hookworm yesterday that i got as a result of using a screwdriver to get it on :nope: fvcking things are a bltch

I hear ya babs. After Dalton I couldn't get a good ride in for a long time, Monkeyfest was like my first real riding since the race. But lately I've gotten back on schedule :)

Doug - you should come visit and join us when Jozz and Karine come into town if you can. It is Labor Day weekend I believe.

IAB I gotta show you the spot in Sims that has the jumps and stuff - you'd like it. It's small but it's fun.

On todays agenda, replace bottom bracket, and cassette. Both went belly up on me yesterday.

Afternoon yo! Went to school and interviewed candidates for one of our openings...not too promising, but it's what we've got.

Going for a ride tonight with another couple and Squirrel. Then I am tearing down the Jekyll whilst drinking a few beers.

Tomorrow morning I am hooking up with a chick from our club to show her the trails...she asked me if I could teach her how to ride better :confused: me thinks she hasn't seen me ride 'cause I ain't got no skillz. Oh well...I get to ride while Squirrel's at work so it's cool for me!
