I learned on the drive into work this morning that just because you can ride your bike to work, doesn't mean you should. I'm all for supporting the cause, but I really think people should take some kind of riders ed. before riding in traffic. For goodness sake WEAR A FREAKIN' HELMET!!

Like any other day, I'd be riding to work...'cept I'm off from work today.

Working at a bike shop, I'm in shock and awe of how many people have decided to commute by bike as opposed to driving over the last year. G-Dub finally got something positive to happen with all of his f*ckups...not that this was his intention.

It was a great showing for bike to work day this year as always REI sponsored several stations along major trails a gave stuff away. our station on the green river trail in tukwila saw 154 people, up from 84 last year.

We just had a 58 yo women die in my neighborhood because she wrecked her bike and hit her head and wasnt wearing a helmet. Always wear a helmet when you ride your bike, always.
