I have an 8" adaptor, that I got thru a trade, but I'm not sure what fork/brake combo it is for. It has 51mm fork mount bolt spacing but a 68mm caliper mount spacing. Caliper holes are also drilled off-center toward the disc side. Any ideas??? Thanks.

How old is it? 68mm sounds like the old Hayes standard. If the holes are off center, it almost sounds like it would be for a 20mm fork??? Those adapters are thicker.
